Baldwin Equipment has been fitted as standard on all Mitsibushi and KBA Sheet fed presses for many years and Baldwin IVT Dryers have been fitted on all makes of machines.

Your press could have one or more of the range of Baldwin equipment as nearly all Komori machines have an Baldwin / IVT dryer fitted including the Komori joint venture H-UV

Older Heildelbergs have Baldwin alcohol and cooling units, and nowadays all KBA’s and most Mistibushis have Baldwin washing systems and circulating units fitted as standard.  With this amount of technology increasing in sophistication, it is good to know who to call for expert advice and know that the person you are dealing with has had years of background knowledge to help repair and service the equipment.

As an independant service agent you can be assured that the repair to your equipment will be carried out to the highest standard under the shortest possible times to ensure that production times are met.

The service attained is no less than the bigger alternatives of the manufacturing names but you receive a personalised service from someone who has many years experience working in these  fields.

You deal directly on a one to one basis without the headache of going through service managers, service organisers and people who possiby know nothing about the details of the equipment over the phone.

As an independant trader it is more often difficult to establish a large database of customers as people often go for the named brand servicing.  They often think they will get a better, more experienced engineer to repair their equipment.

I tend to disagree with this statement as I have found over the years that a lot of self employed tradesmen including myself have equal skills and knowledge but have to go "one better" because our reputation is at stake.  We wont compromise on quality, or customer relations as the buck stops with us.
